TalentS was commissioned to recruit, train, and manage a team of bilingual guides for Qasr Al Watan, the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, as well as supporting the client for the first year of operations.

Our programme prepared the palace guides in terms of both content and facilitation techniques, ensuring everything was ready for the Grand Opening.

Our guides delivered successful and engaging tours in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese. They received 100% positive feedback from visitors.

TalentS was commissioned by the Ministry of Tourism to design, produce, and operate a 650-square-meter temporary exhibition at the Aseer Regional Museum in Abha, Saudi Arabia. Running for one year, the exhibition celebrated the rich cultural and artistic heritage of the Aseer region, with a focus on ancient petroglyphs and archaeological discoveries.

In addition to curating and activating the physical space, TalentS developed a dedicated internal website to house the exhibition’s extensive content. The team also created a virtual fly-through tour, offering an interactive digital experience that preserved the exhibit’s design and educational value beyond its physical timeline.

TalentS was in charge of the visitor experience design and development through interior design, content creation, and fitout. This transformed the center into a vibrant multisensory timeline of the historical city and turned historical ambiguous topics that have yet to be studied into opportunities        for visitor interactions, as Fayd is an ongoing archaeological site. 

This Visitor Center is located on the ancient Zubaydah pilgrimage route. This project aimed to refresh the historical city of Fayd, and turn it into a tourist destination while preserving the rich Islamic heritage of this area.

The Visitor Center was commissioned by the Ministry of Tourism.

TalentS designed, created and operated a 750 square meters temporary museum that operated for one year. The museum aimed to reflect the rich history of Hail that stems from ancient civilizations to modern day Saudi Arabia, with the aim to draw visitors from around the kingdom. 

Taking Hail’s  natural and geographical landscape into perspective, we at TalentS developed the museum’s and visitor experience to communicate and  present the authenticity of the region. The Hail region is filled with markings on its mountains inscribed by men from ancient civilizations, that has survived for thousands of years, hence the name, the Mountains Treasures Museum.

TalentS is currently operating the Riyadh Startup Hub for Monsha’at – The Small & Medium Enterprises General Authority. The Startup Hub Riyadh is the first business hub of its kind in the Kingdom’s central region designed by TalentS.

It is considered to be one of the leading business hubs in comparison with other hubs in the region, surrounded by the world’s leading companies and local restaurants & entertainment facilities. 

What gives the Startup Hub Riyadh its advantage, is the expansive working spaces that vary between private and shared offices while providing mentorship and workshops.

The hub recently won an award in 2021 as one of the best co-working spaces.

Saudi Arabia’s National Day Event at EXPO 2017

TalentS presented the full day event with a range of different activities, engaging and educating audiences about Saudi Arabia, with His Excellency, Dr. Hashem Bin Abdullah Yamani, giving the keynote address. Traditional dances such as the folkloric ‘Ardah’ were performed on the National Stage. 

Visitor engagement activities included henna drawing sections and areas where visitors could have their names written in Arabic calligraphy. A feast of traditional Saudi Arabian coffee, dates, Ma’mol and other treats were offered to visitors, bringing Saudi Arabian hospitality to the people of Kazakhstan.

TalentS was commissioned by the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K.A.CARE) to design, install, and operate the Saudi Arabian Pavilion at EXPO 2017 in Astana, Kazakhstan. Themed around Future Energy, the pavilion highlighted the Kingdom’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the global energy landscape.

Visitors were immersed in Saudi Arabia’s cultural heritage while being guided through an engaging narrative of its energy future. The pavilion became one of the top five most visited at the Expo, attracting over 742,000 visitors during the event making it a standout success on the international stage.

TalentS scope of work with the commission of the center was to design, create,  fabricate and fit out the gallery. TalentS created the content and designed the interior and exterior exhibits, conducted staff and tour guides training for the gallery.

TalentS was commissioned by Ministry of Culture to prepare Museum Development strategies for the Tariq Abdulhakim Museum and Research Center (TAH).Initially, TalentS conducted a strategic benchmarking study whose findings and recommendations will guide the rest of the project, which aims to identify the TAH Center’s unique value proposition. 

Architectural planning and work on the museum’s core components, such as narrative, collections curation, research and scenography, is already underway. Our findings, however, will guide the thinking around the museum’s narrative and exhibition design in the years to come. Set to open in 2022 the TAH Center is a Museum dedicated to the Saudi Arabian composer and musician, Tariq Abdulhakim.
