Ithra Film Production (IFP) is a program by King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (iThra). The program was designed to produce creative, impactful, and high quality films that align with the Center’s  vision to support Saudi filmmakers by producing local content and enriching the Saudi film industry with films by Saudi filmmakers.

TalentS was commissioned to develop a training program to build capacity of Saudi Directors, supervised the pre-production, production, and post production phases for the film. TalentS also designed and operated the premiere screening event and supervised the distribution of the films. One of the full feature films was “Valley Road” that was written and directed by the Saudi Director Khalid Fahad.

TalentS also supervised a fund for the co-production of 10 Saudi films. Two short films were supported by the Ithra Film Production,” Old Phone Number”  by the Saudi director & writer Ali Saeed and the short film “Swing” by the Saudi director Raneem Al Mohandes.

The short film “Old Phone Number” was the opening ceremony film for the Saudi Film Festival 2022.

The two short films participated the prestigious Cannes and Carthage Film Festivals.

“Valley Road” feature film was selected to be the closing ceremony film for Red Sea International Film Festival 2022.

“Valley Road” premiered across cinemas in the Kingdom during the summer of 2023.
