TalentS UAE was commissioned by Expo 2020 Dubai to support the staffing operations for the UK Pavilion over a three-year period, in partnership with ServeU and BigFish. The project, based in Dubai, UAE, was completed in 2022 and focused on delivering a full suite of HR services including recruitment, training, mentorship, and operations management for both front-of-house and back-of-house roles.

TalentS played a lead role in the training and management of all visitor-facing staff, including Pavilion Managers, administrative personnel, and the team of Guides who brought the Pavilion experience to life. Our work ensured high standards of professionalism, cultural fluency, and operational excellence throughout the duration of the Expo, contributing to the Pavilion’s success in welcoming global audiences.
