TalentS was tasked to conduct a gap analysis study of 10 vocations needed to support the Kingdom’s industry. This study involved designing and implementing workshop pilots in the following fields: Manufacturing, Mining, Renewable Energy, Recycling, Art & Entertainment, Tourism & Hospitality, Construction, Petroleum & Gas, Logistic Services and Networks & Communication.

These technical workshops, hosted in secondary schools, were designed to support the Saudi Ministry of Labor and Industrial Development, the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, and several Saudi Arabian manufacturing companies.

These key stakeholders will use our findings to establish technical institutes, improve secondary-school grad programmes, increase qualifications in industrial fields, and build these required capacities and skills into the Saudi Arabian labor market.
