TalentS was commissioned by the Heritage Commission to design and deliver a series of in-person training programs aligned with international best practices, including UNESCO-endorsed methodologies. The initiative aimed to enhance the professional capacities of staff working in archaeology, architectural heritage, handicrafts, and intangible heritage.

Four specialized training tracks were implemented: World Heritage Management: People, Nature, Culture; Documenting the Preservation of Rock Inscriptions and Historical Writings; Methods and Techniques for Preserving Built Heritage; and Modern Technologies in Surveying and Documentation. These sessions were delivered across multiple regions, including Al-Ahsa, Hail, Riyadh, and Najran, adding contextual depth to the learning experience.

With over 175 professionals trained, the program significantly strengthened the sector’s human capital. It supported the Heritage Commission’s mission to safeguard Saudi Arabia’s cultural legacy and contributed to Vision 2030 by promoting high standards of heritage preservation through skilled, locally-empowered practitioners.
