TalentS was commissioned by the Ministry of Culture to operate and deliver the Training Kits Program, under the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission. The initiative was designed to enhance national capabilities in creative writing, professional translation, and publishing through a series of in-person and virtual training programs and workshops.

TalentS managed the full scope of the program—from content development to delivery—covering literary and technical translation, creative writing techniques, and accredited publishing and printing tracks. The initiative also facilitated peer learning and knowledge exchange among industry professionals and aspiring practitioners.

In addition to skill development, the program aimed to build capacity through comprehensive training kits, certify future trainers, and foster a vibrant cultural ecosystem. By supporting authors, publishers, and translators, the initiative contributed to a broader cultural awareness and a more empowered literary community in the Kingdom.
