TalentS was commissioned by Ministry of Culture to prepare Museum Development strategies for the Tariq Abdulhakim Museum and Research Center (TAH).Initially, TalentS conducted a strategic benchmarking study whose findings and recommendations guided the rest of the project, which aims to identify the TAH Center’s unique value proposition.

Architectural planning and work on the museum’s core components, such as narrative, collections curation, research, and scenography, were underway. Our findings, however, guided the thinking around the museum’s narrative and exhibition design in the years that followed. Opened in 2022, the TAH Center was established as a museum dedicated to the Saudi Arabian composer and musician, Tariq Abdulhakim.
