A Specialized Music Program for Students with Special Needs was developed by TalentS to promote inclusive and accessible music education for the Ministry of Culture that was led by the Music Commission.. The project focuses on creating tailored music curricula for students with disabilities while equipping teachers with the skills to deliver this content effectively.

The program targets 60 students across three cities and includes the development of specialized content, the training of 16–18 music teachers, and the launch of a strategic communication plan to engage schools and communities. All components are aligned with the Music Commission’s national education guidelines.

The initiative has strengthened students’ musical, emotional, and social development, while providing educators with innovative tools to support diverse learning needs. It also lays the foundation for a scalable model that can be adopted nationwide within special education settings.
