EtihadMuseum

TalentS was selected by the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority to prepare the Etihad Museum team for opening to the public.

Working with senior management, TalentS used our experience of operating national museums to identify the daily operational challenges of opening a new destination. TalentS also provided an intensive training program for the visitor services team which fully orientated each member of staff to their role. The scope of work also included the development of learning programs and printed activity packs designed to bring the Museum’s stories to life for schools and family audiences.

Set on the site once known as Union House, The Etihad Museum tells the story of the United Arab Emirates’ Founding Fathers and the nation’s journey towards shaping a bright future.
