TalentS was commissioned by the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language to design, build, and operate the Adults Arabic Language Exhibition  a cultural landmark that opened in Riyadh on January 28, 2025. The exhibition stands as a dynamic and immersive tribute to the depth and beauty of the Arabic language.

The project involved the creation of 26 thoughtfully designed interactive exhibits aimed at engaging both the general public and specialized audiences. With attention to cognitive diversity and varying educational backgrounds, each installation was crafted to deliver an experience that is both intellectually stimulating and accessible—blending education with entertainment.

TalentS led a close collaboration between designers, content specialists, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive visitor journey. Continuous testing and optimization refined every detail of the user experience. As the exhibition continues to run through 2026, TalentS remains committed to maintaining its excellence, sparking curiosity, and deepening public appreciation for the Arabic language.

TalentS was commissioned by the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language to design, build, and operate an interactive Arabic-language exhibition for children, aimed at nurturing a love for learning through play. The exhibition featured 9 custom-built installations tailored for children aged 6 to 12, each carefully curated to suit a range of cognitive abilities and educational needs.

TalentS led the full conceptualization, spatial design, and user journey—ensuring every detail created an immersive and enriching environment. The experience struck a thoughtful balance between education and entertainment, allowing children to explore language in intuitive, hands-on ways. Every aspect, from layout to flow, was designed with inclusivity and engagement in mind. Operational excellence was key to the exhibition’s success. Through extensive testing and iteration, TalentS ensured a smooth, user-friendly experience for both children and facilitators. Since opening, the exhibit has welcomed over 10,000 visitors, including 394 families and more than 300 schools—fostering curiosity, creativity, and a joyful connection to the Arabic language.

TalentS was commissioned to provide supporting services for the scientific teams across two archaeological excavation sites, Zabala and Shehaiat, in the northern border of Saudi Arabia over a period of 40 days. TalentS supported supported the Heritage Authority’s archaeological excavations at Zubala and Al-Shaykhiyat in the Northern Border Region. We established temporary camps, providing essential services, technologies, tools, and human resources. Our team engaged 10 specialized researchers per site, ensuring comprehensive scientific and technical support. Two administrators at each site facilitated seamless coordination from setup to project completion, meeting all requirements and securing final clearance from the Heritage Authority. We maintained a safe working environment with appropriate protective gear, effectively managing health and environmental risks. 

Our researchers collaborated closely with the scientific team leader from the Heritage Authority, following detailed project plans for efficient operations. This successful execution underscores our expertise in project management, collaboration, and safety standards.

TalentS was commissioned by the Heritage Commission to design and deliver a series of in-person training programs aligned with international best practices, including UNESCO-endorsed methodologies. The initiative aimed to enhance the professional capacities of staff working in archaeology, architectural heritage, handicrafts, and intangible heritage.

Four specialized training tracks were implemented: World Heritage Management: People, Nature, Culture; Documenting the Preservation of Rock Inscriptions and Historical Writings; Methods and Techniques for Preserving Built Heritage; and Modern Technologies in Surveying and Documentation. These sessions were delivered across multiple regions, including Al-Ahsa, Hail, Riyadh, and Najran, adding contextual depth to the learning experience.

With over 175 professionals trained, the program significantly strengthened the sector’s human capital. It supported the Heritage Commission’s mission to safeguard Saudi Arabia’s cultural legacy and contributed to Vision 2030 by promoting high standards of heritage preservation through skilled, locally-empowered practitioners.

Following the successful delivery of programming for the Terra Pavilion, TalentS UAE was commissioned by Expo 2020 Dubai to develop a series of ten educational workshops to be delivered during the post-Expo legacy phase. This one-year project, completed in 2022, focused on the core thematic Pavilions: Mobility, Opportunity, Women’s, Expo Live, and Vision.

TalentS was responsible for the full scope of program design and development—including scripting and content development, design and sourcing of props and equipment, and production of workshop materials. Each workshop was carefully crafted to reinforce the Pavilion’s central themes while offering engaging, hands-on learning experiences for students and families. Acting as Client Account Manager, TalentS oversaw all aspects of project delivery, ensuring quality, cohesion, and meaningful public impact in the legacy programming of Expo 2020.

TalentS was commissioned by Mishkat Interactive Center to design and develop the strategic brief, interpretive approach, and content for a landmark Islamic Innovations exhibition, covering 800 square meters of immersive exhibition space.

The initiative aimed to celebrate the scientific advancements of the Islamic Golden Age while drawing meaningful connections to Saudi Arabia’s current and future innovation landscape.

TalentS led a detailed analysis to define the exhibition’s key messages, target audiences, and strategic objectives, while aligning with Mishkat’s broader mission. This included setting clear KPIs, developing the visitor flow strategy, and identifying core narrative themes ranging from historical achievements in energy and science to the universal principles of innovation across eras.

Artifacts were carefully selected and presented with interpretive techniques that allowed inspiring individuals from both the past and present to speak in their own voices. A virtual visitor journey, exhibit categories, and operational flow were also mapped to ensure a rich and engaging multisensory experience.

TalentS was commissioned by the Ministry of Culture to design, build, and operate both the indoor mobile exhibition and outdoor programming for The Little Explorer Initiative, launched in March 2022.

The year-long initiative aimed to foster cultural awareness and a sense of belonging among youth by introducing them to Saudi Arabia’s rich archaeological heritage.
The first track targeted children aged 6–12 through an 8-month mobile exhibition that traveled to 10 cities, offering hands-on archaeological experiences.
Over 8,031 children participated in activities such as simulated excavations, artifact documentation, and restoration exercises—offering a dynamic introduction to the field of archaeology.

The second track consisted of educational school trips for students aged 13–17, covering 13 archaeological sites across 6 cities. A total of 430 students from 12 schools took part, with each trip featuring on-board educational activities and guided site visits led by professional archaeologists—bridging classroom learning with real-world heritage exploration.

Paperback Book Fair

TalentS was commissioned to manage the operations and logistics for the inaugural Paperback Art Book Fair, held from November 1-3, 2024, at the JAX District in Diriyah. As Saudi Arabia’s first international event dedicated to artists’ books, the fair brought together 25 exhibitors and welcomed over 5,500 visitors. TalentS responsibilities included securing permits from key authorities, coordinating logistics for all exhibitors including flights, hotel accommodations, and local transport and overseeing the full event setup.

TalentS also managed booth installations, AV requirements, and on-site operations, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and attendees. The fair featured 5 public programs and facilitated over 1,800 sales transactions.

TalentS provided and supervised POS systems, managed device rentals, generated post-event sales reports, and handled financial reconciliation. This milestone event marked a significant step in advancing the artists’ book scene in the Kingdom.
